John, this pandemic has been incredibly rough for all of us, including our essential workers. Millions of Americans are counting on them to provide quality healthcare, groceries, and other services while they risk catching this deadly virus while on the job. And many of them do not have proper union representation to ensure they are safe and protected while at work.
As the daughter of a laborer and a former union member myself, I know what labor unions have to offer. They give union representation and collectively advocate for health and safety protections. Not all workplaces have unions, leaving employees vulnerable to work hazards and exploitation.
Despite this, Henry Cuellar voted “NO” on passing the Protecting the Right to Organize (PRO) Act twice — a bill that seeks to expand workers’ rights and secure critical labor protections for workers all across this country. He made it clear that he’d rather put the needs of big corporations over the safety and dignity of Texas workers.
Texas workers deserve a representative who will fight for their needs — not the needs of big corporations. John, if you’re on the same page, will you chip in $5 or more to help me defeat Henry Cuellar so I can get to work to make sure our workers have the protections they need?

Henry Cuellar was the ONLY Democrat to vote “NO” on this necessary bill to protect American workers.
He will do whatever it takes to please his corporate donors and special interest groups. That’s why we can’t depend on him to represent our best interests.
Cuellar already has a massive head start — he already has $1.743 million in cash for his campaign. I promised to never take a dime from super PACs or special interest groups. So I’m relying on grassroots donors like you to help lead me to victory so I can get to work for working families.
My campaign relies on grassroots support from people like you, John. So please, will you donate anything today to unseat Henry Cuellar in the next election for the sake of our workers and our progressive agenda?
