below for a personal message from Elise and her husband Matt!
Good
Morning!
We are over the moon to announce the arrival of our healthy
baby boy Samuel ("Sam") Albritton Manda at 8:21 AM on Friday, August
27th, 2021. Sam was born at Saratoga Hospital weighing a healthy 9 lbs
3 ozs and measuring 22 inches long. Sam impressed all the doctors,
nurses, and staff with his head of dark hair, chubby cheeks, and charm!
We are grateful to the dedicated team of doctors, midwives, nurses,
and staff at Saratoga Hospital for their excellent care of both Mom and
Baby Sam. Thank you to our family, friends, and the entire community
for the outpouring of love and support during this special time for our
growing little family.
Our hearts are bursting with joy and our lives
have never been fuller. We are truly blessed by our most precious gift,
Baby Sam.

New mission for Afghanistan War veterans running for Congress: evacuate
Afghan allies
“And Esther Joy King, a JAG officer in the Army
Reserves who’s also running for Congress, said she was "heartbroken"
when Kabul, the country’s capital and largest city, fell to the Taliban
last month. But she added that she "immediately started working my
military networks, my Afghanistan networks, my political networks, to
see who could evacuate people."
King, an Illinois Republican, served
as an aid worker in Afghanistan a dozen years ago, helping women learn
professional skills.
"I’ve been able to be a part of getting 51
people out of Afghanistan," she shared. And King touted that her
actions are "representative of who I am as a battle-ready leader, a
problem solver, jumping into action, making a difference."”

Honoring Our Fallen Heroes
[link removed]-
in-afghanistan Chair Elise Stefanik (NY-21): "Our hearts break across
the country for the brave service members who made the ultimate
sacrifice. Their families are facing unimaginable news today. Please
pray for them. The buck stops with the President of the United States.
Joe Biden has blood on his hands. This horrific national security and
humanitarian disaster is solely the result of Joe Biden’s weak and
incompetent leadership. He is unfit to be Commander-in-Chief."
[link removed] Rep. Young
Kim (CA-39): “Heartbreaking. God bless our fallen heroes, who were
working to evacuate Americans, Afghan partners and innocent civilians,
including women and children. The prayers of all Americans are with our
selfless service members, their loved ones and those still in harm's
way.”
[link removed] Rep.
Debbie Lesko (AZ-08): “...The Pentagon has confirmed that at least 12
U.S. servicemembers were killed in the bombings. Sadly, these deaths
could have been avoided if not for the extreme dereliction of duty on
the part of the Biden Administration in planning and executing this
withdrawal… May God protect those servicemembers, American citizens,
and Afghan allies remaining in Afghanistan. May God protect our great
nation.”
Record Republican Recruits
