Next term, the Supreme Court is set to hear Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, a blockbuster case from Mississippi that could even further weaken Roe v. Wade. Unless Congress immediately passes legislation that expands the Court by four seats, the far-right supermajority on the bench will continue to strip our constitutional right to abortion until there is nothing left.
Letting Texas violate Roe v. Wade is the most brazenly lawless action yet from the 6-3 Republican supermajority on the Court.
