Monday, Rep. Ashley Hinson (IA-01) honors the 13 fallen soldiers whose lives were lost in Afghanistan. Additionally, Hinson co-sponsored legislation to posthumously award the Congressional Gold Medal to the fallen service members. Also, Rep. Stephanie Bice (OK-05) provided an outline of American military equipment, an estimated $85 million in supplies, that has been left for the Taliban. "It's inexcusable that billions of dollars worth of military equipment, vehicles and aircraft have fallen into the hands of the Taliban. Many of these items will be sold to our adversaries across the globe. The Biden Admin continues to fail America." Thursday, Sen. Joni Ernst (R-IA) helped lead an effort by 26 GOP Senators to demand from the Biden administration a full accounting of who was left behind in Afghanistan. Click here to read more.
