The Biden Border Crisis is alive and raging.
Thankfully, the United States Supreme Court is forcing Biden’s hand by requiring his administration to reinstate one of President Trump’s key border policies. The “Remain in Mexico” policy requires asylum seekers to remain in Mexico while they await hearings in the United States.
This victory at the Supreme Court shows Republicans are on the right side of keeping America secure. We’re seeing thousands of migrants flood our border daily as the Biden administration strips resources from those trying to secure our country. In July, the number of illegal crossings eclipsed figures our country hasn’t experienced in decades and August looks to be more of the same.

As a result of this illegal immigration, crime, drugs, and human trafficking are able to flow into America and then spread across our country from Florida to the Pacific Northwest. Every day that Joe Biden fails to act on our southern border is another day American communities are put at greater risk.
With American sovereignty in jeopardy, Joe Biden has yet to visit the border or answer any questions as to what he plans to do to address this crisis. But just because Joe Biden and his administration want to pretend like the crisis at the border doesn’t exist won’t make it go away.
