We are excited to invite you to the first in a series of educational webinars hosted by Our Children’s Trust!
Over the course of the next year, we will host free online events to discuss topics involving climate crisis politics, law, and solutions; the impacts of this crisis on youth around the world - and the actions they are taking in response; and why securing young people’s climate rights in court is the single most durable solution to the climate crisis. You’ll hear from experts, guest speakers, and our attorneys as they share their insights - and answer your questions - on what is necessary to secure a safe climate for the future through the actions of our courts today.

We’re kicking off the first educational webinar of the year next Friday, September 10th! Juliana v. U.S. attorneys Julia Olson and Philip Gregory will join James Gustave Speth - former Chair of the U.S. Council on Environmental Quality during the Carter Administration and expert witness in Juliana v. U.S. - to discuss Gus’s new book, “They Knew: The U.S. Federal Government’s Fifty-Year Role in Causing the Climate Crisis ([link removed]) .” The book lays bare the active role of past U.S. Presidents in causing the climate crisis and how the Biden chapter in history could potentially still be differently written.
