We cannot allow Republican AGs to keep putting our children at risk.
Friend,
Do you believe in science? Because not all elected officials do. This is what Missouri’s Republican AG Eric Schmitt thinks of common sense mask mandates to protect school children in his home state:
The indifference to science doesn’t end with AG Schmitt – Republican AGs all over our country share these harmful views.
Republican Texas AG Ken Paxton, who’s already been indicted on fraud charges, is taking his battle against mask mandates all the way to the Texas Supreme Court. Paxton is dangerous, but his seat is very flippable in the upcoming midterms.
Georgia’s Republican AG Chris Carr is also wasting taxpayer dollars fighting against common-sense health precautions by suing the city of Atlanta to overturn their mask mandate. We all know Georgia is turning blue, and Carr has got to go.
Pro-Trump Republican Kansas AG Derek Schmidt argued just last month that counties and school districts don’t have to abide by the mask mandate put in place by Democratic Governor Laura Kelly. Schmidt is running for governor in 2022, but two-time election loser, conservative extremist Kris Kobach is running to replace him. Kobach has claimed as recently as July that mask mandates are about “power-grabs – not science.” We can’t let this AG seat stay in Republican hands.
