In a 5-4 decision, the Supreme Court has allowed Governor Greg Abbott’s bill -- which protects unborn babies with detectable heartbeats from being killed -- to go into effect in Texas while the case continues to be litigated in lower courts.

The Supreme Court DENIED an emergency motion filed by Planned Parenthood.

With the Supreme Court set to hear a DIRECT CHALLENGE to Roe v. Wade this fall, I’m humbly asking you to help us keep up the fight to save the lives of innocent babies.

According to research by our own Charlotte Lozier Institute, Texas protecting life from the first heartbeat could save more than 33,000 lives per year.

But this life-saving victory has thrown the Big Abortion Lobby into a full PANIC.

President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris have issued statements vowing to fight back against the pro-life movement.

Planned Parenthood has also gone on a fundraising blitz to try and raise as much money as possible to keep their death business from collapsing this fall.
