I wanted to take just a moment to thank you once again for your

tremendous support.

 

Truly, the Center for American Liberty would not exist without you – let alone
be able to litigate dozens of cases to defend civil liberties every month.

 

But as we head into the fall and winter months, we’re going to need you more
than ever before.

 

You see, with radical politicians like Governor Gavin Newsom aiming to strip
parents of their right to decide how and where to educate their kids, our work
is as timely and consequential as ever.

 

The far left would like nothing more than to decide for parents when, where,
and how their children should be educated.

 

The left wants to control when your children are allowed to set foot in a
school building, whether they must wear a mask, whether they must be
vaccinated, and what curriculum is taught—forcing radical ideas like Critical
Race Theory down kids’ throats.

 

That’s why we’re fighting so hard to keep the Government’s hands off private
schools and parental rights.

 

As you know because of our lawsuit, Brach v. Newsom - the Ninth Circuit Court
ruled Governor Newsom’s private & religious school lock down order was
unconstitutional!

 

Newsom is doubling down, but so are we.

 

And with your help, I’m confident we’ll win.

 

But that’s just one of the many cases we’re litigating.

 

We’re in the midst of a herculean effort suing Twitter and U.S. Senator Alex
Padilla for their unlawful collusion in censoring conservative commentator
Rogan O’Handley - a case that will have massive implications for free speech
and “Big Tech” censorship.

 

This case alone will cost well over $1 million, but with an army of patriots
like you behind us, I know we’ll make it through.

 

These cases are just the tip of the iceberg and we’re not slowing down.
