I told Texans about my years of serving our country in the Air Force, and my fight to overturn the military's policy that barred women from ground combat. Most importantly, I talked about my vision for a better Texas -- tackling climate change, protecting our health care, and finally achieving comprehensive immigration reform.

Instead of pandering and partisan jabs, I shared my vision for what we can achieve together. It's the same vision I've been sharing as I've traveled around the state, one based in real Texas values.
