Property Tax Relief [[link removed]]




Providing property tax relief to Texans will always be a top priority of mine. I want you to keep more of your hard-earned money. 




On Wednesday, the Texas Senate passed Senate Bill 91, another bill providing property tax relief to Texans across the state. 29 of 31 senators voted in favor of the bill. Now the bill must pass the Texas House of Representatives in order for Gov. Abbott to sign the bill into law.




Under Senate Bill 91, the state will send your tax dollars back to you in the form of property tax relief when Texas' economy is thriving, and we have a budget surplus.




This is a MASSIVE victory for Texas and a QUANTUM SHIFT in how we address property tax relief!




The premise is simple: when Texas does well, so should the taxpayers!




I'm proud of this policy innovation, and I will fight to pass this bill during this special session, and beyond, so you can keep more of your money and we can keep government limited.
