It's official. Republicans have managed to overturn Roe vs. Wade in Texas.

This is a tragic moment in American history. And we need to stand with those who are fighting on the frontlines for Texans' reproductive rights.

That's why we want to ask you to split a donation with organizations like Fund Texas Choice, The Bridge Collective, Frontera Fund, and others who are fighting to make sure everyone who needs an abortion can access one.

As of today, Texas is poised to become the first state in decades to ban most abortions, thanks to a law passed by Republicans in the state legislature, and signed by Gov. Greg Abbott.

SB8 effectively puts a $10,000 “bounty” on the head of abortion providers and anyone else who helps someone obtain an abortion past roughly six week’s gestation. It allows private citizens to sue those who “aid and abed” women in exercising their constitutional right to an abortion.

This is the most dangerous step to date in the war against women’s reproductive rights. We need to stand with groups who are supporting Texas Abortion Funds. These funds provide direct aid to people who need abortions, but can’t otherwise afford or access them.

Can you split a donation with organizations who are fighting for Texans’ reproductive rights, and making sure everyone who needs an abortion can access one?

The new law also targets abortion funds, which help Texans pay for their procedure and get logistical help like a ride to the clinic. We need to stand with them.

We cannot allow Texas to move back into the stone age. Abortion is a fundamental human right that needs to be protected.
