Dear Mr. xxxxxx:

We’ve seen the tragic events in Afghanistan unfold these past two weeks.  While American troops are now out of the country, we know that approximately 10% of the American citizens who were in Afghanistan have been left behind.  I’d like your opinion on how you feel President Biden and his administration has handled this situation.
