We have a little more than one week to go before this recall election is over and the votes are counted.

But first things first:

This weekend is an absolutely critical GOTV weekend.

That means we need as many people as possible making phone calls to California Democrats to ensure they have all the information they need to return their ballots on time.

Use this link to say you'll volunteer to make phone calls to California Democrats. You can do it from your own home, you can do it with friends, but we need you on the phone.

Right now there are hundreds of thousands of people who have told us they will vote against the recall but have yet to turn in their ballots.

Some of them may not know how to return their ballots.

Some of them may not even know that their ballots are due in a little more than a week.

Our job is to reach out to these people to make sure their ballots get returned on time.

It could be the difference between Governor Newsom serving out his term, or Larry Elder taking office in just a few weeks.
