In honor of this week’s show roundtable, one of the easiest recipes you’ll ever make: Salsa Chicken. In a crockpot, put 4-ish chicken breasts (can be fresh or frozen). Dump a jar of salsa over them and cook on low for about 6-8 hours. Before serving, stir a couple tablespoons of sour cream into the pot. Serve over rice or cauliflower rice. THAT’S IT. Even I can cook, folks.
