Thank you for starting their school year off right!
Thanks to our amazing back-to-school sponsors, we were able to provide every child living in Doorways' shelters and supportive housing a backpack, supplies, and a gift card for new clothes. Plus, because of your generosity, we were able to support kids in our counseling and court advocacy programs, too!

For many, this back-to-school season brings more excitement and uncertainties than any before with the return to in-person schooling. For kids at Doorways, that's layered on top of the traumas of domestic violence and homelessness.

Your support of our back-to-school campaign ensures that every kid at Doorways has the tools they need to succeed, and just as importantly, the knowledge that you believe in them and their family. You help our clients thrive!
Special thanks to our many community partners who coordinated back-to-school drives for Doorways, including this delivery from First Presbyterian Church of Arlington and Congregation Etz Hayim!
Our conference room became an assembly line for backpacks to be filled with supplies.
Bags packed and ready to be distributed to clients before their first day of school!
