Friend,

Last night, the Supreme Court's inaction propelled Texas' extreme abortion ban into effect.

Now, Texans will be unable to get an abortion after 6 weeks, before approximately 90 percent of people know they're pregnant.

Make no mistake: the American majority believes that abortion should be safe, legal, and accessible. These horrific attacks on Roe v. Wade will hurt pregnant patients and families and are an affront to our values and our Constitution. We must do everything possible to fight back against Texas' law and secure abortion rights for the future.

With the passage of SB-8 in Texas, it is likely that Colorado abortion providers will see an increase in out-of-state patients as people are forced to leave Texas to access abortion care. We already saw that happen when Texas deemed abortion services “non-essential” in the early stages of COVID-19.

Many organizations, funds, and groups on the ground in Texas, as well as Colorado's Cobalt Abortion Fund, need our help right away so they can keep providing patients with the services they need. They support people who need abortions, run on donations, and are able to do what they do because of people like us. Get involved in their work or consider donating now >>

In 1973, Roe v. Wade affirmed the constitutionality of abortion. Now, we have to come together to secure abortion rights for the future.

Thank you,

Team Crow
