Larry Elder says young people don't need Covid-19 vaccines
- CNN
John.
We're really getting a taste for what California might look like if Gavin loses the recall election and we're stuck with Larry Elder.
He made all sorts of wild claims as a Conservative talk radio host, but none as damaging as ignoring the science on COVID-19. He recently promoted an interview he held with an anti-vaxxer who spouted far-right conspiracy theories about Bill Gates and "population control."
Imagine a California with a governor like this. No masks or vaccine incentives, no support for frontline workers, hospital beds filling up in ICUs across the state… It's not a pretty picture.
Larry Elder is anti-science, anti-mask, and pro-Trump, and we can't let him anywhere near the governorship. But in order to stop him, we need a ton of people chipping in grassroots contributions so Gavin Newsom can beat back this far-right recall.
John, we're setting a stretch goal of raising an additional $50,000 before Election Day. Can you chip in a split $3 to Newsom's campaign to get out the vote to more undecided voters and unmotivated democrats?

We know this is a grim picture, and we don't mean to shock you. But we’re concerned that not enough people are taking this recall seriously, and the prospect of having Larry Elder as governor is just too much to bear. That's why we need to kick it into high gear today.
