Georgia's Secretary of State just purged more than 101,000 voters from Georgia's voter file.

I'm Saira Draper, Georgia Democrats' Director of Voter Protection.

As you might have heard, Georgia's Secretary of State just purged more than 101,000 voters from Georgia's voter file.

We’ve been working hard with our organizing team to reach everyone on the purge list and let them know that they need to re-register. But we need to expand our program.

We plan to advertise directly to Georgians who were on the purge list via Facebook and arm them with the information they need to re-register.

Here’s the bad news: We need to raise enough money to fully execute this program.

The good news? For just $5, we can reach approximately 25 people on the purge list.

The more you donate, the more people we can reach. Can you help us fight the purge?

Donate $5 — Reach 25 purged Georgians

Donate $20 — Reach 100 purged Georgians

Donate $50 — Reach 250 purged Georgians

Donate $100 — Reach 500 purged Georgians

Donate $200 — Reach 1,000 purged Georgians

In 2020, Joe Biden only defeated Donald Trump by a margin of 0.24%. Jon Ossoff's race went to a runoff because of a margin of 0.30%. Meaning, if we lose even a few registered voters from purges, we could lose in 2022 — especially after Republicans in Georgia passed a massive anti-voting bill.
