U.S. sanctions are hurting Iranians

Hi John,

U.S. sanctions are hurting the Iranian people. Period. With Iran experiencing another wave of COVID-19, President Biden must take steps to end broad sanctions that are crushing ordinary Iranians who desperately need vaccines, medicine and economic relief.

Returning to the Iran nuclear deal is a critically important step, but while we wait for diplomatic progress, tensions will continue to rise and Iranians will continue to suffer the fallout of geopolitical tensions and their own repressive government.

We need far greater urgency to support humanitarian relief, invest in diplomacy to remove sanctions and ease the pressure on Iranians.

That’s why we need your help John. We need to call on President Biden and Congress to ease indiscriminate sanctions that are harming ordinary people instead of the regime. Can you take one minute right now to send a message to your elected officials to ensure they hear our voices?

Thank you in advance for helping us build momentum on this critically important issue.
