I know you’re probably looking forward to a 3 day weekend due to Labor Day coming up. But what is there to celebrate this year? While so many of us have struggled with this pandemic and many have lost their jobs, businesses, and their lives. How can we truly pay tribute to the contributions and achievements of American workers without recognizing that most of them are deeply struggling? 

The wealthiest families in the country and in OUR great state have only gotten wealthier. Did you know that while many Nevada families were struggling to pay their bills the 15 billionaires in our state increased their wealth by $18 billion.

This Labor Day weekend it’s time to finally pay tribute to the workers who put their lives on the line for us during this pandemic by keeping the economy going. It’s time to tax the rich. It’s time to stop listening to the propaganda that everyone's taxes will be raised.
