Dear John,
With the surge of the Delta variant and with an abundance of caution, we made the difficult decision that Zoe’s Annual Family BBQ this year should be held virtually, instead of in-person.
Like everyone, we very much hoped and had expected that this year we would be able to gather once again for Zoe’s BBQ in person at History Park. But even after incredible sacrifices and efforts over the last seventeen months, we are not yet out of the woods on Covid-19. We want to make sure that everyone and everyone’s loved ones remain healthy — and that is our top concern.
To that end, we will now be moving our Sunday, September 12th in-person Annual Family BBQ to a virtual gathering on Sunday, September 19th from 11:30am-1pm PT. We are excited to announce that Zoe's friend and former colleague, Beto O'Rourke, will be joining us for the virtual BBQ as our very special guest.
If you have purchased tickets — or want to — and want to join us for the virtual gathering, we will be delivering some festive and fun Team Zoe BBQ swag for you to have and enjoy at home when we gather together virtually.
If you’ve already purchased tickets for the BBQ and would prefer not to join Zoe and friends virtually this year, you can request a refund. Please email Jeff Larivee at
[email protected] and we will take care of that right away.
Thank you for all that you do — especially right now as we absolutely have to recognize that we are all in this together.
Team Zoe
