Our Sister’s Keeper Summit is a week away! This empowerment
summit is a space created for the women of AFGE by the women of AFGE. Women
identifying participants will engage in workshops designed to empower them in
all facets of their life from health and wellness, to running for non-partisan
office, to also being leaders in the labor movement.
The summit will conclude
with the presentment of AFGE’s “Woman of Labor” Awards that will be awarded to
some of our very own AFGE women leaders and an amazing panel discussion titled
“Breaking the Glass Ceiling.”
