Yesterday, Jessica informed her supporters that we needed to raise $14,210 more to reach our $21,000 end-of-month online fundraising goal to maintain our efforts to defeat Henry Cuellar in the next election.
And we just ran the numbers and are just halfway towards closing our fundraising gap — all we need is $7,105 more before midnight and we’ll be able to close out the end of the month strong.
Cuellar has already raised more than $1.74 million so far, mostly from corporate donors. We promised not to take a dime from special interests or super PACs. That’s why we must get as much grassroots support as we can to fund the resources we need to win.
We’re just halfway towards hitting our end-of-month goal to continue propelling our campaign towards victory in the next election. So if you’re able, will you donate anything you can afford right now to help Jessica Cisneros win?

Cuellar claims to be a Democrat, but his record tells a different story:
- He’s backed by the NRA, Big Oil, the Koch Network, the private prison industry, and corporate PACs.
- He consistently votes with Republicans — as a matter of fact, he’s voted more than 70% of the time with Donald Trump.
- He worked with 9 other conservative Democrats to try to ruin President Biden’s budget spending bill that would invest in Medicare, child care, affordable housing, and so much more.
It’s safe to say that Texans — and our country as a whole — deserve far better than what Henry Cuellar has to offer. And we have a real chance to replace him with progressives like Jessica Cisneros who will fight for working families and have their interests. Not corporations or special interest groups.
But for her to win, she needs a strong base of grassroots supporters by her side to help steer her campaign towards victory. Can we count on your support to help us close out August strong and elect Jessica to Congress?
