There's still time to make a difference.

Dear Friend,

At every stage of our campaign, fundraising is important. But, if you can make a contribution tonight, it will have a particularly significant impact on our campaign for months to come. Let me explain why now is an especially important time to chip in:

1. Successful campaigns keep working even during the months when there isn’t an election. We aren’t on the ballot this November, but we are keeping in touch with voters and investing in growing our organizing power in communities throughout our district. With your help, we can make sure our campaign can continue to be active in the months before 2022 begins.

2. To be prepared to defend this seat from Republicans in 2022, we need to stay on track with our plan to build and maintain a strong campaign. Right now, the most important part of our work to get ready for next year is meeting our fundraising goal for August. You can be a part of making sure this month is a success by making a contribution today.

3. Grassroots contributions add up over time and are the key to our campaign. We are powered by the people of our district who give what they can to help win progressive change, not special interests who cut large checks expecting political favors. But, we can’t beat big money without supporters like you chipping in.

No matter what you are able to contribute today, I want you to know that every dollar matters and that we are grateful to have your support. Giving what you can now will bring our campaign one step closer to stopping Republicans from gaining power in our communities and in the State Senate -- can we count on you to help us make progress today?

I am looking forward to what we will accomplish with your support-- thank you for being a part of our campaign.

Best,

Andrew

P.S. Don’t forget to RSVP to one of our back to school picnics! Join us at McKinley Park on September 12th or in Marine Park on September 19th. Come to the event of your choice so we can discuss education and family-related issues as the school year starts. Come with any questions or concerns!
