They finally let me, the Director of Operations, write an email! I feel like a celebrity coming into all of your inboxes! HI MOM! LOOK AT ME.

One of my roles at Caring Across Generations is to hire new talent to our growing organization. Many companies are struggling to fill their open positions. Even raising wages isn’t helping the “Great Resignation.” When I talk to candidates about what they want in a new job, they are all really clear – they need to have the security to care for loved ones, and they need access to work/life balance and paid leave, period. We're proud to provide that at Caring Across Generations.

Not only does Caring Across Generations provide paid leave for our employees, we're fighting for this care infrastructure publicly, too. We believe that paid leave and family-centered work policies should be a right for all of us who provide care and need care throughout the entire span of our lives.
