The deadline to vote in the California gubernatorial recall election is just around the corner.

If this GOP power grab is successful, it paves the way for the election of a Republican governor who doesn’t believe in the gender pay gap, gun control, or climate change.

Yet despite these extreme consequences, the latest polling has the results nearly tied.

I voted NO on the recall, and you should too. I urge you and your family to make sure you are registered to vote and to return your completed ballots as soon as possible.

It’s time to put this distraction to rest so we can return our full focus to fighting COVID-19 and organizing around the issues that affect hard-working Californians.
