With 2022 elections getting closer and closer, we can’t afford to fall short of a single goal—especially when there are critical early investments to be made in digital advertising, voter registration, and organizing. These early investments are planned out month-by-month, and falling short of one fundraising goal could impact the program for months to come.
What’s more, the GOP and NRCC are keeping a close eye on our campaign. They’re already mobilizing their supporters on the ground to flip this seat back in 2022. If they see that our fundraising isn’t as strong as it once was, it could signal to them that they need to ramp up their attacks.
