Missing our goal is exactly what the GOP is betting on. Here in this state, the political ground could be shifting: Republicans just flipped a Connecticut State Senate seat red, the first GOP flip of a state legislative seat since President Biden was inaugurated. Meanwhile, national Republicans are closely following our fundraising numbers – and looking for any sign of weakness they can exploit so they can turn Connecticut's U.S. Senate seat red, too.
