Look, there are two narratives playing out in this primary:

First, we have Joe who we know is best suited to beat Donald Trump. He's taking the lead against Trump in more nationwide polls than any other Democrat.

But several of the other candidates have more cash on hand than us -- even though they are polling behind Joe!

We have to close that gap if we're going to win in the crucial early primary states. But we don't have much time (voting begins just over 100 days from now!).

I know we ask a lot of you, but we have to give this everything we've got. Will you chip in $5 now to close the gap between ours and the other candidates' cash on hand?

Winning this primary comes down to one thing: how much we're all willing to give to make sure that Joe has the votes to secure the Democratic nomination.

That means we're all going to have to step up (and then step up again) to do whatever it takes to rally support for Joe across the country -- whether that's pitching in a few dollars, making a few phone calls to voters, or knocking on a few doors in our neighborhoods.

And, at the end of the day, I want to be able to say that I did everything I could to help us win! Don't you? So, please: chip in $5 or whatever you can today to fuel our campaign to win this primary and elect Joe Biden.
