John - I've told you before that I will call things as I see them, and what
we're seeing with the U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan is a complete mess.

 

When this is all over with, I hope that there will be an investigation to
determine how this was handled so poorly and it's important that people are
held accountable for their mistakes.

 

And while this is happening, here at home, the Democrats in the U.S. House
just jammed through a bloated $3.5 spending resolution that would dramatically
expand government bureaucracy without a way to pay for it. I'm hopeful more
reasonable minds in the U.S. Senate will stall this bill.

 

This is not the platform that Joe Biden was elected on. I supported him
because he promised to find a new way to break the Washington gridlock and work
together.In fact, he could get a win right now if he pushed harder to pass the
bipartisan infrastructure bill.

 

I'm going to keep speaking out about this and share my thoughts about how
President Biden can keep his promises and deliver for all Americans.

 

Part of that effort requires that we continue to raise the funds to use all of
