On behalf of Action4Canada (A4C [18]) and other plaintiffs, Constitutional
Rights Centre (CRC [19]) lawyer Rocco Galati has launched a comprehensive
challenge against the BC and Federal Governments over COVID measures. On
the basis of this filed claim, an injunction is being prepared to stay the
“Vaccine Passport” provisions announced in British Columbia. See the

Giant thanks to Tanya Gaw and her amazing A4C team, and to all of the
volunteers, including many VCC chapter leaders [22], who in the early days
of preparing for this lawsuit participated in distributing A4C information
in their local communities. This grassroots action helped to raise
awareness in the court of public opinion, which is crucial for the lawsuit.
We know that lawsuits can be very slow remedies, so being involved in our
