Wow, friend.
248,171 supporters have signed EWG’s petition calling on General Mills to get glyphosate out of our food. But I still don’t see your name. Can you help us get this cancer-causing chemical out of Cheerios?
Remember, glyphosate has been linked to cancer and shorter pregnancies. Its health risks have created so much legal liability, Bayer Ag is pulling it from the residential market. But General Mills still thinks it’s safe to use on our food!
Stand up for safer food right now by signing EWG’s petition to get glyphosate out of Cheerios!
Thanks for standing with us, friend.

Subject: Glyphosate in Cheerios
We need your help, friend. Bayer Ag is pulling cancer-causing glyphosate, the key ingredient in Roundup, from store shelves, but General Mills still thinks these products are safe to use on our food! Insane! Thousands have sued Bayer Ag over glyphosate’s links to cancer. As a result Bayer Ag is trying to cover its a** by pulling glyphosate from the residential market. But home use makes up just a sliver of glyphosate use. More than 250 million pounds of glyphosate are dumped on American farmland each year! EWG tests exposed shockingly high levels of glyphosate in General Mills products, like Cheerios. But as far as we can tell, General Mills has done nothing to protect its customers from this cancer-causing chemical. Will you help us hold them accountable? |

Tell General Mills to protect our health and get cancer-causing glyphosate out of its products! Glyphosate has been linked to cancer for years, and new research links it to shorter pregnancies. But General Mills keeps buying grains treated with glyphosate right before harvest. This practice is unnecessary and leads to levels of glyphosate in food that EWG scientists report are unsafe. General Mills claims to value customer trust, but they continue to buy oats treated with glyphosate. General Mills needs to step up and get cancer-linked chemicals out of its products. Thanks for standing with us, friend. Alex Formuzis |
