WILL President and General Counsel, Rick Esenberg, joined Capital City Sunday on WKOW to debate and discuss the various legal actions regarding redistricting. WILL filed an original action to the Wisconsin Supreme Court urging that court to take jurisdiction and establish a judicial apportionment plan.

WILL filed a motion to intervene, on behalf of Hunter Nation and their CEO, Luke Hilgemann, in a lawsuit filed by Attorney General Kaul in an effort to remove Natural Resources Board Chair, Frederick Prehn. WILL is asking to intervene to present the perspective and arguments of the regulated community in this case.

WILL issued a letter to Milwaukee Public Schools (MPS) Superintendent, Keith Posley, and Rufus King High School Principal, Phyllis Anderson, warning that a recent incident involving a high school teacher surveying her students about their vaccination status violates federal law. WILL is urging MPS to notify every district teacher that this type of survey breaches student privacy and violates the law.
