As a grassroots organization powered by small-dollar contributions,
transparency with our supporters is important. That is why we’re letting
you know that tonight, we had to lower our August fundraising goal from

$10k might not seem like a huge difference, but as a movement fueled by
the generosity of individual donors, every dollar does count. We can’t
rely on billionaire donors or corporate PACs to pick up the slack when
fundraising is down. That is why we need to make sure we hit our reduced
$140,000 goal.

Our average donation today is $13.12. A donation of $13.12 or $3 or $30
from supporters like you can make a major impact on our ability to elect
more working-class leaders like AOC, Cori Bush, and Jamaal Bowman to
Congress.
