-As Chair of the Montgomery County Board of Commissioners, she has delivered real results for more than 850,000 constituents over the last six years — that’s a population larger than five states.

-She’s a working mom to three kids, and she’s handled more than her share of tantrums, so when the Trump Republicans in Washington start up, she’s got it.

Val’s not the kind of candidate you hear from every day, and if we send her to Washington, we can send the first woman from Pennsylvania to the U.S. Senate.

And she doesn’t make empty promises either. Val has the experience to back up her commitment to getting things done in Washington, from helping secure health care for 23 million Americans through the Affordable Care Act, to establishing a $15 minimum wage and paid parental leave for county workers.

A record like Val’s is one we badly need in the U.S. Senate, and we can elect Val, flip this seat, and send the first woman to the U.S. Senate from Pennsylvania with your help.
