OFFICIALS TO FORCE CLEANUP OF STATE’S VOTER ROLLS
[[link removed]]
Judicial Watch filed the lawsuit October 5, 2020, in the U.S. District
Court for the District of Colorado on behalf of itself and three
residents of Colorado against Jena Griswold, Colorado Secretary of
State, and the State of Colorado for failing to clean the state’s
voter rolls as required by the National Voter Registration Act of 1993
(NVRA). The court’s recent ruling to allow Judicial Watch’s claims
to proceed came after Colorado’s motion to dismiss the case, which
the court denied in all key respects.

JUDICIAL WATCH: SECRET SERVICE RECORDS SHOW BIDEN DOG MAJOR
REPEATEDLY BIT SECRET SERVICE PERSONNEL
[[link removed]]
Judicial Watch announced recently that it received 36 pages of records
communications from the Secret Service that show the Bidens’ dog
Major was responsible for numerous biting incidents of Secret Service
personnel. One email notes that “at the current rate an Agent or
Officer has been bitten every day this week (3/1-3/8) causing damage
to attire or bruising/punctures to the skin.” The documents show
that agents were advised to protect their “hands/fingers” by
placing their hands “in their pockets.” Photos of the dog bite
injuries were redacted (blacked out) by the agency.

OVER $2 MILLION TO STUDY IF U.S.’S COSTLY LATIN AMERICAN
ANTI-GANG PROGRAM WORKS
[[link removed]]
In yet another example of taxpayer money going to waste, the U.S.
government is spending north of $2 million to research if a costly,
decade-old Latin American gang prevention initiative is working. Since
2010 Uncle Sam has funded a program called Gang Resistance Education
and Training (GREAT) in El Salvador, Honduras, Panama, and Costa Rica
but no one really knows if it has met its mission of preventing youth
crime, violence, and gang involvement. The program operates in schools
throughout the U.S. using thousands of law enforcement officers to
help immunize children in the years immediately before the prime ages
for introduction into gangs and delinquent behavior. Nevertheless,
there are approximately 30,000 gangs and 850,000 gang members
throughout the U.S., according to the Department of Justice (DOJ).

‘MINOR’ MAJOR ISSUES: EMAILS SHOW BIDEN DOG WAS NIPPIER THAN WHITE
HOUSE SAID

NBC News
The Biden family dog was a bit more of a problem pooch than the White
House initially acknowledged, according to Secret Service
emails obtained by the conservative legal group Judicial Watch.

The White House said at the end of March that Major, the Bidens’
3-year-old German shepherd, was involved in a pair of “nipping”
incidents, but the emails show he was involved in several more.

FARRELL: THE BORDER CRISIS/COVID SPIKE CONNECTION

The Daily Caller
The White House refuses to engage the issue, probably because it has
no reasonable response. It is bizarre from a public health standpoint
to allow thousands of people to enter the country illegally every day,
coming from countries around the world, with no COVID testing, no
quarantine and the ability to move freely throughout the country with
no tracking or realistic follow-up. It is a reckless and irresponsible
policy, and frankly indefensible.

BIDEN WON’T RELEASE DELAWARE VISITOR LOGS DESPITE 17 TRIPS HOME

The New York Post
White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki said Wednesday that President
Biden won’t release visitor logs from his Delaware residences,
despite making 17 trips home in six months.

The decision comes despite the Biden administration’s claim to
“restore transparency and trust in government” — including with
the resumption of limited release of White House visitor logs.
