Emergency response efforts are underway to help animals impacted by Hurricane Ida. Give now to help our lifesaving efforts.
BREAKING NEWS:
Hurricane Ida made landfall over the weekend as a category 4 storm and has already caused major destruction with flooding, high winds and power outages.
The ASPCA has been requested by the Louisiana Department of Agriculture and Forestry on behalf of local communities for emergency disaster response, and we have deployed to assist the animals who need us.
Over the weekend, we assisted in the evacuation of more than
150 animals out of the storm’s path
. But now, our response efforts include
water rescue, emergency sheltering and relocation for the areas where animals may need our help most.
Your donation today will help continue our lifesaving efforts, like emergency disaster response.
When animals’ lives are at risk, caring people like you keep us prepared to go on the front lines to help them.
