I wanted to reach out to you personally to remind you that we are still making progress. Our Democratic House majority has taken action to make President Biden’s agenda to “build back better” a reality, investing in a lasting recovery to put our nation back on track.

We are making progress on the promises we made, and what we’ve accomplished so far is significant — but there is more work to be done.

The COVID-19 pandemic continues to threaten our communities. The climate crisis has reached a tipping point, with extreme weather events and wildfires at record levels. Affordable healthcare remains out of reach for too many. And, our nation is still deeply divided along partisan lines.

There’s no quick fix here — but I want you to know that our Democratic majority is doing everything in our power to move quickly.

But, we need your support now.

Republicans are dead set on taking control and they’re targeting swing districts like mine.
