Only 1.18% of his contributions last quarter came from small-dollar donors. Jessica is running a grassroots campaign to represent the people of TX-28, but Henry Cuellar has no problem putting his corporate donors ahead of our best interests.

He's voted to lift the ban on crude oil exports and to weaken regulations to benefit the oil and gas industry.
