In Search of the Mount Cleveland Five

Two days after Christmas in 1969, five young, forward-thinking mountaineers set out to climb Mount Cleveland, the highest peak in Glacier National Park. They were never seen alive again. The Mount Cleveland tragedy will remain one of the most enigmatic mountaineering accidents in the United States.

Join author Terry G. Kennedy who, 50 years ago on September 15 – the date we will gather for book club – departed Goat Haunt to summit Mount Cleveland. You can also purchase the book in our online store. All proceeds from your purchases support Glacier National Park!

Join us and have a conversation with international travel blogger, Alex Schnee, of Alex On The Map. A Flathead native, Alex now runs her own international travel blog, where she shares her passions of cooking, photography, and traveling as a digital nomad. She has been to over 50 countries and has worked with brands such as National Geographic, Contiki, Gutsy Women Travel, The North Face, and many more.
