Unlike Pelosi, I’ve been fighting this month to do what I was elected to do: help people, not myself. I haven’t hosted a single fundraiser this month because, frankly, there hasn’t been any time with everything that’s going on.
But that means that we’re now behind where we need to be financially with our critical end of August fundraising deadline tomorrow. So, now I need to ask:
We need to raise a little more than $15,000 before tomorrow, and if we fall short now, Pelosi will be rewarded for spending her time this month fundraising instead of doing her job. Those of us who put service before self this month will be at a big disadvantage.
Friend, we won’t make up this deficit unless every member of the team pitches in to stand strong. I need you more than ever!
