Congratulations to the growing family on their happy and healthy baby boy! "Our hearts are bursting with joy and our lives have never been fuller," Stefanik and Manda said in a statement. "We are truly blessed by our most precious gift, Baby Sam." In 232 years, Stefanik is only the 11th woman to give birth while serving in Congress. She joins Rep. Cathy McMorris Rodgers and Rep.
