It even rained on the peak of a Greenland ice sheet for the first time in recorded history. And just this weekend, Hurricane Ida, one of the worst storms in U.S. history, devastated Louisiana, upending countless lives.

But we're turning the tide here in Washington state. Just this year, we've passed landmark laws to fight the climate crisis. We're doing exactly what science tells us we need to do.
