Hello Dallas County Young Republicans!

Please join us on Tuesday, September 7^th at 6:30 PM at the Dallas Petroleum Club as we host one of the most prominent Republicans in Texas politics - the Texas Agriculture Commissioner, Sid Miller! Commissioner Miller is an eighth-generation farmer and rancher who was first elected Agriculture Commissioner in 2014, re-elected to a second term in 2018, and will be running for re-election in 2022. He previously served six terms in the Texas Legislature. Commissioner Miller is a high-profile conservative voice nationally and a regular guest on Fox News, where he frequently advocates for Second Amendment rights, strong border security, and pro-life legislation. Commissioner Miller is one of the original leaders of the Tea Party movement in Texas and acts as one of the most visible conservative figures in Texas politics. Commissioner Miller will provide us with a unique perspective on the most pressing issues facing Texas and walk us through the ways that Republicans can address these
challenges. You do not want to miss this incredible event!

Commissioner Miller will begin his remarks promptly at 7:00 PM. The event will take place at the Dallas Petroleum Club, located on the 39th floor of Chase Tower downtown (2200 Ross Ave). Parking is available in the garage below the building for $1. Attire for the event is business casual. We will have a private room inside for our meeting.

We had an incredible turnout of over 200 people at our August event with George P. Bush – Dallas County Young Republicans has never been stronger! Our membership is growing every month, and I am proud to say that I have never seen our membership more engaged or more passionate. You have built Dallas YR into a force for conservative values in North Texas, and I ask that you continue to make this great organization even stronger!

I know that we can turnout at least 200 people again for this event! Commissioner Miller is a force for conservative values in Texas and a dynamic speaker, so I hope that you will get out there and invite your friends to attend this exciting event!
