I just got the news that a far-right group has launched a major ad campaign against 23 Democratic Representatives — including me. Specifically, they are spreading misinformation about the work my colleagues and I are doing to lower prescription drug prices. I have been a fighter against Big Pharma since I got to Congress, and corporate-funded Republicans don't like it.

This isn’t a surprise: Republicans are attacking me because they know this district is rated as a toss-up, and they only need to win a few seats to reclaim the majority. Quite simply, if I lose my seat, we lose the majority. We need to build a strong foundation now and show Republicans that I’m not going anywhere.

With a major end-of-month fundraising deadline tomorrow, I’m asking you to chip in $5 or whatever you can spare to get us to our August goal of $10,000.
