Biden’s Lies and the Fall of Afghanistan
Americans can debate whether there was good reason to leave Afghanistan after 20 years, but what can’t be debated are the dire consequences of President Joe Biden’s precipitous pullout. The murder of U.S. service members and the fact that Americans will almost certainly be left behind is proof enough. Brits feel betrayed. So do Afghans who helped us for decades. So does the American public. “President Biden, we see you,” writes Heritage President Kay C. James in her latest blistering commentary. “When you say that no one saw this disaster coming and that you planned for every possible contingency, we see you. Election Fraud Is a Myth?
Tell That to Voters in Compton, California We now have the perfect example of how very real the threat of voter fraud is, thanks to Compton, California. Felony voter fraud charges have been filed against six defendants, including a member of the Compton City Council, Isaac Galvan, by the Los Angeles County district attorney. “Dawson apparently saw an opportunity for mischief when Compton decided to have an all-mail election,” writes Heritage senior legal fellow Hans von Spakovsky. Heritage Takes the Fight to Big Tech
Last year, amid rampant censorship of conservative voices by Big Tech companies, The Heritage Foundation rejected and returned donations from Facebook and Google. President Kay C. James pledged to no longer take donations from Big Tech. We’ve been aggressively and publicly attacking Big Tech for canceling conservative views—while cozying up to China—and created the Center for Technology Policy to develop policy proposals to deal with this new form of censorship.
