Hey there, I’m Geoff, Ras’s campaign manager.

I wanted to take a minute to say hello, thank you for all of your support so far in this race, and tell you about the road ahead.

Already, Ras is traveling across Iowa to meet and hear from people like you, while continuing to fight for Iowans’ best interests in the state legislature. We may be in the beginning stages of this race, but things are already starting to heat up with another candidate jumping in this month.

To be honest with you, campaigns take a lot of money to run. Everything from staff like me, to yard signs, to radio, print, and TV advertisements, to the gas money it takes for Ras to travel across the state — it all costs money.

That’s why we’re working to build a strong foundation early on, and why it’s absolutely critical we hit our fundraising deadlines. The next big one is coming up just two days from now on August 31.

I know Ras has what it takes to bring people together and be the leader this state needs to move forward. But he can’t get there without the help of grassroots supporters like you, pitching in $10 or $25 whenever you can spare.

So, before the month ends, can you chip in a couple of bucks to support Ras for Governor and help us reach our August goal? Everyone here on Team Ras really appreciates it!
