Before we ask you to make a $3 contribution to stop the far-right recall against Governor Gavin Newsom, here's a side-by-side comparison of two possible outcomes in this election:  On the one hand you have conservative radio host Larry Elder. He's the current GOP frontrunner and as far-right as they come. He's one of Donald Trump's biggest backers in California and opposes a minimum wage increase, common sense gun reform, and used his radio show to push anti-vax conspiracies about population control. We can't let someone like that anywhere near the governorship.  Our job is to make sure voters defend Governor Gavin Newsom instead. When the COVID-19 pandemic struck, he kicked California into high gear. He trusted science, swiftly rolled out the vaccine, and acted quickly to get working families back on their feet. California is leading the nation right now -- all of that progress will go to complete waste if we elect Larry Elder. This recall presents the greatest threat to beating this pandemic and protecting working families. Anything we can do to push back against Larry Elder will be crucial.
