John, in a moment, I'm going to ask you to split a gift between my campaign and Catherine's to protect our Democratic Senate majority, but first, I want to explain why your gift at this particular moment is so important.

CNN is calling me and Catherine two of the most vulnerable senators in the entire country – and if either one of us loses, Democrats lose our razor-thin Senate majority and any chance for progress on voting rights, health care or any other of our shared values. 

Look, John, The Cook Political Report just downgraded Catherine's chances of winning: just when she's being outspent by GOP outside groups, and Mitch McConnell's handpicked candidate – one of Donald Trump’s biggest allies who pushed voter fraud conspiracy theories to overturn the results of the election – just announced his candidacy to defeat her. 

More than $1 million has been poured into attack ads to defeat Catherine – and the downgrade in her chances of winning shows that the GOP's tactics could be working. John, the Republican Senate campaign arm just raised a staggering $28 million. 

That's millions they could pour into Nevada and Georgia at any moment to double down on defeating me or Catherine to flip the Senate – and both our races were decided by the slimmest margins. So I’m asking you to give $5 right now.

Control of the Senate could be decided by only one seat, and CNN just tipped the chances of Senate control toward Republicans – so Catherine and I cannot afford to miss goals like this. We urgently need your help to defend Nevada and Georgia's must-win seats – or we lose the Senate.
